CONSTITUTION:An inflation molding line, comprising one or a plurality of extruders 1, molds 2, a frost line controlling device 33, a steady rest controlling device 34, the controlling device 35 of the opening of guide plates, a take-up controlling device 36, a folding diameter controlling device 37, a corona treatment controlling device 38, a wind-up machine controlling device 41 and the like, is equipped with a raw material condition file, a guide plate opening condition file, a take-off speed characteristic condition file, an extruder output characteristic condition file and a production register data file. In addition, it is equipped with a control circuit part 50 for setting the respective calculated values to the respective controlling devices 31-41, when the changing of the size of thin tubular film resin 3 is intended, by calculating the respective values of take-up speed, extruder output, the rotational frequency of a screw, the set value of the temperature of the extruder, the opening of guide plates, the controlling temperature and height of a frost line, the width of corona treatment, the cutting width of edge, the tension of a wind-up machine and the like. |
