PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for continuously shaping an extruded material by which the productivity of a member having rugged surface can be improved. CONSTITUTION:Both front and back surfaces of the extruded material 16 continuously extruded from a die 14 in an extruding machine is inserted with a pressing die 17 composed of an upper die 17a and a lower die 17b forming ruggedness on the working surfaces and also, this extruding material 16 is shaped by pressurizing while shifting the working surface of this pressing die 17. Further, the continuous shaping device is provided with the pressing die 17 composed of the upper die 17a and the lower die 17b, an opening/closing means for pressurizing by closing the pressing die 17 so as to insert the extruded material 16 and releasing the extruded material 16 by opening the pressing die 17 and a shifting means for shifting the pressing die 17 along the extruded material 16. One series of the movement, in which the pressing die 17 is opened with the opening/closing means after shaping the extruded material 16 by shifting at the extruding speed in the extruding direction while pressurizing by closing the pressing die 17 with the opening/closing means and the shifting means, is repeatedly executed. |
