PURPOSE:To obtain a device for treating a food, capable of providing changing effect on taste of food by simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:This device for treating a food comprises a food transporting means 1 and magnetic field generating means 4 and 5 for applying a magnetic field to part of a transfer passageway of a food 2 sent by the food transporting means 1 and moving the food 2 in the magnetic field produced by the magnetic field generating means 4 and 5. The magnetic generating means 4 and 5 are electromagnets or permanent magnets connected changeably to an AC electric source or a DC electric source. |
