PURPOSE:To provide the composition comprising a polycarbonate and a specific modified olefinic resin, providing molded products excellent in mechanical properties such as tensile strength and weld strength and in appearance, and useful for automotive wheel caps, etc. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises (A) 55-95wt.% of a polycarbonate and (B) 45-5wt.% of a modified olefinic resin produced by grafting (ii) 0.01-20 pts.wt. of an OH group-having alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester and (iii) 0.01-50 pts.wt. of another vinylic monomer to (i) 100 pts.wt. of an olefinic resin, the added weight of constituting units based on the component ii occupying in the resin being expressed by an OH-group residual rate of 0.3-1.0 computed the equation determined from a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and an IR absorption spectrum. |
