METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY FORMING REINFORCED SYNTHETIC SECTION

PURPOSE: To provide a shape which is a structural shape formed of a synthetic article and with an arbitrary crosssection and consisting of a longitudinal reinforcing member based on a wire or a rod consisting of a high resistant steel and another fiber with a high resistant and high modulus factor. CONSTITUTION: A method for obtaining a reinforced synthetic shape with an open or closed crosssection has a stage where a reinforcing fiber 2 impregnated with a resin is passed through a mold 5 and the whole body is continuously polymerized and a stage where this is cut into a specified length. The reinforcing fiber 2 as well as a reinforcing member which is a longitudinal reinforcing member 3 with a shape of a wire or a rod being impregnated with a resin 4 and being continuous, flexible and highly resistant and consists of a steel, carbon or the like are passed through the mold. In addition, a synthetic shape consisting of the reinforcing fiber 2 and the longitudinal reinforcing member 3 impregnated with the resin are included.
