The device is used in industry and in the household for maintaining optimum temperature. It has improved stability. The device contains a sheet of two-layer foil of specified dimensions on which conducting tissue is fitted in strictly specified manner having specific length and section. Then a second sheet of two layer foil with the same dimension is laid on top of the first sheet and the two sheets are fused thermally, the conducting tissue remaining between them and its ends are insulated and connected to the electric mains./!
