The frame of the calendar watch (1) comprises a plate (17) for holding the date disc (9). This plate (17) includes fixing tabs (19, 20, 21) each engaged in an opening (23, 24, 25) in the frame. The holding plate can be rotated between a first position in which the tabs cooperate with the wall of each opening in order to hold the holding plate against the frame and a second position in which the tabs are freed, enabling the holding plate to be separated from the remainder of the frame.
