<p>Infrared lighting device of the type comprised of semiconductor diodes which emit infrared rays for illumination purposes, characterized in that it comprises a cased base support (1) provided at its periphery with a small flange. There is arranged in said support (1) a printed circuit board (2) whereon are mounted successive alternate rows of semiconductor diodes (4) illuminating by infrared rays, and interconnected in series and/or in parallel, as well as heat dissipation metal sections (3) having a U-shaped cross-section with right angles and with a height slightly exceeding the height of the diodes, all of which forming a compact assembly protecting and isolating both mentioned types of alternate rows by application of a resin layer (6) having a thickness of about 2mm. <IMAGE></p> |
