PURPOSE:To contrive improvements in yields at the time of film preparation of a recording film and coating of a protective film and a quality of an optical disc, by a method wherein resin pieces such as flash waste to be generated at the time of taking out an optical disc board through a mold are sucked off. CONSTITUTION:At the time of taking out outward an optical disc board P held by a rear cavity 1 by ejection of an ejecting member 5 and mold release force of pressurizing air A blowing out through a pressurized air passage 6, resin pieces such as flash waste to be generated in accordance with a rub between a central through hole Pa of the optical disc board P and a gate cut piston 4 are sucked off by an intake vent part 9 provided on a taking-out side, through which the resin pieces such as the flash waste are prevented from adhereing to the surface of the optical disc board P. |
