PURPOSE:To provide a bone metabolism improver free from side effects, excellent in inhibitory activity to bone resorption due to human parathyroid hormone etc., thus useful for preventing osteoporosis etc., consisting of a combination of sulfated glycosaminoglycan sodium salt and a calcium compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective improver consisting of a combination of (A) sulfated glycosaminoglycan sodium salt and (B) a calcium compound such as calcium chloride at the weight ratio A/B of (20:1) to (1:10). It is preferable that the dose of this improver be 10-2000mg day per adult. |
