Less amount of aluminum paste is used for coating the solar cell to form back surface field (BSF). Not whole but part of the surface is coated with Al and Ag electrode in twin. Thus, the coating area of Al paste is decreased to 10-50%, and the bending of the solar cell is prevented. |
