The circuit provides a function to stabilize a horizontal raster center without any effect on varying on the horizontal frequence in a multi-sync monitor. The circuit comprises a pulse width modulation control module to make a voltage derived to the second part of a transmitter constant by controlling the output pulse width using a current mode controller, a horizontal bias module to make a pulse for the horizontal bias and generation of the high voltage according to a horizontal synchronization signal, and a raster center module to control the raster center according to the voltage derived from the second part of the transmitter.
