Device for changing and displaying the sensitivities of colour or black and white photographic films, with photographic equipment equipped with DX coding. The invention includes a device consisting of a series of fourteen adhesive labels. Each of them has a sensitivity defined in the ISO standards. This sensitivity is determined by a vertical combination (1/2/3/4/5/6) of conducting tiles (C) and of insulating tiles (I) on the column (B). The device makes it possible to extend image-taking films, that is to say to increase their sensitivities, in the case of low light levels or of a moving subject, as well as to reduce this sensitivity in order to obtain saturation of the colours. These labels can be produced in any other materials for all formats, on condition that one material is conducting and the other insulating. The device according to the invention makes it possible to stick the DX information onto a blank cartridge, which allows all types of apparatus to record the desired sensitivity. <IMAGE>
