The method judges the size of the cooling room space and the cooling load to control the driving of a compressor and a blast fan according to a load changing and the size of cooling room space to obtain the most comfortable cooling room. The method includes a first step for sensing an indoor temperature for a given time, computing its temperature changing ratio, and judging the cooling room's size; a second step for computing the indoor temperature changing ratio and judging the cooling room load amount from a large and small changing ratio and the size of the judged cooling room space; and a third step for performing controls of increase/reduction of a set cooling room temperature and a set wind amount.
