Loudspeaker forming part of the electro-acoustic reproduction field. It includes a moving coil (12), immersed in the magnetic field of a magnet (11), and a radiating membrane in two parts, a central conical region (15) and an outer annular region in the shape of a truncated cone (14), of larger angle, the connection between the two regions being formed by a circular fold (15), providing for the two regions (13) and (14) to radiate in parallel at high frequency. Applications are particularly those of portable equipment, television sets, or applications intended for the motor car. <IMAGE>
