A driving device of a magnetic recording reproducer improves the product so as to be light, thin and simplified. The device includes a loading motor set on one side of a base plate; a first deceleration gear for deceleration-transmitting a turning effect of the loading motor; a second deceleration gear moving by a connection to the first deceleration gear; an electromotive unit, for the front loading, geared with the first deceleration gear to drive a front loading instrument; a pinch drive transmitting unit engaged with the second deceleartion gear to drive the pinch driver; and a transmitting unit for driving the front loading instrument, the pinch driver and the operation plate in combination by one driving motor.
