An integrated tie holder having the following features 1) a holding strap attached at one end on the back of a tie corresponding to the material and design of the tie; 2) a holding strap with 3 button-holes allowing individual adjustment of the holding strap; 3) to hold the tie against the body when the upper part of the body leans forwards, the holding strap attached to the tie is buttoned into the shirt by means of the shirt button; 4) a button which is likewise attached on the back of the tie and by means of which the loose end of the holding strap can be fixed when the holding strap is not in use.
