<p>A system for releasably restraining a first element (38) and a second element (40) is disclosed. The containment system uses a tensioner (56) to urge a clamp (54) into contact with the first element (38) and with the second element (46), and a release (58) selectively operates the tensioner to remove the clamp from contact with the first and second elements to permit relative movement therebetween. The clamp (54) is particularly useful in maintaining a gap (42) between the first and second elements which permits relative movement between the first and second elements after the clamp is removed.</p> |
