PROCESS FOR OBTAINING DISTILLATION OILS

Distillation oils are obtained by treating oil fractions obtained from crude petroleum with selective solvents to obtain a refined product. That refined product is divided into two portions. The main portion undergoes hydrodeparaffination in the presence of a catalyst at a temperature of 280 to 370 DEG C and a pressure of 3 to 5 MPa, the raw material being fed in at a volume rate of 0.5 to 2.0/hr. A quantity (0.1 to 15 wt %) of the original refined product which has not undergone deparaffination is added to the deparaffined product thereby obtained.
