For reliable cleaning of sheets and other soiled surfaces, there is proposed an arrangement of spray nozzles (1) which is disposed on a pivotable pipe (5), the spray nozzles (1) additionally being rotatable about axes (2) substantially perpendicular to the pipe axis (3). The spray nozzles (1) are oriented, in part, tangentially to the respective axes of rotation (2). The resultant repulsion of the jet has the effect that the nozzles (1) rotate and through this rotary motion achieve optimal cleaning of the sheets. <IMAGE>
