PURPOSE:To execute the parallel circuit by coming to be a double balance type with first-fourth diodes connected in a ring shape and first and second transmission lines which come to be 1/2 wavelength to first and second signal frequencies and operating the transmission line of the 1/2 wavelength as a balun. CONSTITUTION:A locally oscillated signal added to an input terminal 21 passes through a BPF 24, is added to a mixer diode connecting point 32 and further, and is added further through a transmission line 36 to a mixer diode connecting point 33. Since the transmission line 36 is selected so as to come to be 1/2 wavelength in a local oscillating frequency, mutually reverse phase locally oscillated signals are added to connecting points 32 and 33. On the other hand, an RF signal added to an input terminal 22 passes a BPF 25 and is added to mixer diode connecting points 30 and 31. Since a transmission line 37 is selected so as to come to be the 1/2 wavelength in an RF signal frequency, a mutually reverse phase RF signal is added to the connecting points 30 and 31. Thus, a double balance type mixer circuit can be obtained in which the plane packaging is made easier, even in an MIC execution. |
