PURPOSE:To carry out coating many times at high speed without cutting cloth in good productivity and to produce prepreg without wasting cloth by reciprocating glass cloth by utilizing reverse rotation of a winding part in a device of combination of one baking furnace and two impregnating baths. CONSTITUTION:A fiber base 1 is impregnated in a resin bath 2 from a draw part 5, wound through a baking furnace 4 by a winding part 8, then wound prepreg is impregnated in a resin bath 3 by reversely rotating the winding part 8 and wound through the baking furnace 4 by a winding part 7. The going and returning is repeated to produce prepreg. ln a process of downward moving a resin bath at the side of winding part of the resin baths 2 and 3 and reciprocating the fiber base, the fiber base is not impregnated in the resin bath twice in one process. |
