This invention relates to the compounds represented by general formula (I) and the processes for their preparation, wherein R is selected from C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom or nitro group, biphenyl unsubstituted by a halogen atom or nitro group, naphthyl unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom or nitro group. The compounds of this invention are used to prepare agents for prevention and treatment of AIDS and drugs against malaria and toxoplasmosis.
