The invention relates to a mobile and convertible pergola shelter for a swimming pool, comprising a cover formed by transparent panels or transparent canvas with winders, which is mounted on vertical supports bearing on the ground on two parallel edges of the swimming pool, the assembly forming the shelter being capable of sliding so as to cover the swimming pool or uncover it fully or in part.
