Improved ham cutting device comprised of a support body which is configured like a rectangular plate made of any sort of material and wherein is fixed a fork (4), made of metal, which is provided with a cross-beam with threaded holes for receiving a screw (5) with hexagonal head (6), the fork (4) presenting a slight inclination with respect to verticality and provided with a circular part (9) having two perforations situated at opposite locations and wherein is received a screw (10) for fixing the part (9), having a threaded hole to receive a cylindrical body (11) which is provided with a transverse perforation receiving an actuation element (12) for rotating the part (11). |
