The invention relates to oxime derivatives of formula (I) whereinR<1> is alkyl, haloalkyl or optionally substituted cycloalkyl; R<2> is optionally halogen-substituted alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; alkyl substituted by -OR<6>; a group selected from halogen, nitro, cyano, -CO2R<6>, -COR<6>, -X-S(O)qR<51>, -S(O)pR<51>, -O(CH2)mOR<6>, -NR<7>R<8> -CONR<7>R<8> and -OR<6>; phenyl optionally substituted by from one to five groups R<21> which may be the same or different; or optionally substituted cycloalkyl; R<3> is hydrogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl or optionally substituted phenyl; R<4> is optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; optionally substituted cycloalkyl or optionally substituted phenyl; n represents zero or an integer from one to five; R<5> and R<6> independently represent alkyl or haloalkyl; R<51> represents alkyl or haloalkyl; X represents oxygen, -(CR<9>R<10>)t- or -N(R<11>)-; p represents zero, one or two; q represents zero, one or two; m represents an integer from one to three; R<7> and R<8> independently are hydrogen, alkyl or haloalkyl; R<9> and R<10> independently are hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, haloalkyl, haloalkenyl or optionally substituted phenyl; t is an integer from one to four; R<11> is hydrogen, optionally halogen substituted alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; or optionally substituted phenyl; and agriculturally acceptable salts or metal complexes thereof; which are useful as herbicides.
