The pressure reducer is designed to permit the filling or the rinsing of a bottle with a gas and to permit the drawing off of this gas at a stable and lower pressure. In order to permit filling of the bottle through the pressure reducer, a detent piston (28) is actuated with the aid of an axial stem (60) in order to block the closure member in an open position.
