The present invention relates to an alignment and transfer device for tibial prostheses, one part being withdrawn when the alignment of the body of an individual and his or her comfort has been established. According to Figure 5, the device is characterised by two caps (3) and (4) joining, by means of a tube (5), the artificial foot (2) and the stump fixture (9). The length and inclination of the central tube (5) are determined by a hollow cylinder (28) mounted on a cardan joint which is withdrawn after fitting. The tube (5) is fixed by means of acrylic resin poured into the cups (3) and (4). The invention is used in the orthopaedics industry. <IMAGE>
