A panel rests rotatably on a fixed frame by means of at least two bearings which allow rotation. Each bearing is composed of two bearing halves, and one bearing element is mounted on the fixed frame, whilst the other bearing element is mounted on the panel. The bearing element is mounted on the fixed frame (1). It is composed of a basic body (7) having two bearing bushes (12) and of two bearing lugs (14) which are connected to the basic body (7) by means of connecting lugs. Located between the basic body (7) and the bearing lugs (14) is a clamping body (8) which can be brought nearer to or further from the basic body (7) by means of two screwing members. During assembly, the inner end of the clamping body (8) grips a batten (21) of the groove (20) of the frame bar in question. <IMAGE>
