A kitchen shower is kept operational at all times, even in respect of the shower, in that the nozzles are effectively prevented from becoming clogged. This is effected in that a nozzle plate is arranged in the shower head so as to be displaceable, specifically against the force of springs, the nozzles being displaced on fixedly arranged pins. By means of the water pressure, the nozzle plate and thus the nozzles are displaced by the pins so that the nozzles then become free and the water can flow out in the form of fine jets of water. When the supply of water is cut off, the nozzle plate is automatically again pushed with the nozzles onto the pins and no blockages and no impairments can occur, this kitchen shower advantageously being equipped with an adjusting device which consists of a double sealing cone which is displaced counter to the force of a restoring spring by means of a pushbutton which rests against a rubber bellows which covers a corresponding recess in the shower head. Levers and the like located on the outside can thus advantageously be dispensed with.
