An excrement disposal apparatus can provide a necessary filth suction force without making a vacuum pump large-sized. A cup unit (2) adapted to be closely applied to the crotch is provided with a nozzle which jets a washing water toward the crotch, a reservoir (23) formed at a lower portion of the cup unit, and a filth suction port communicating with a bottom communication port of the reservoir and extending up to a predetermined level. An opening and closing valve is opened before use to permit the washing water to be supplied from a washing water tank (7) to the reservoir (23) through a nozzle to close the bottom communication port. A pinch valve (41) is opened after use so that filth contained in the reservoir (23) and consisted of the washing water and excrement is sucked in a single pass from the filth suction port to a filth tank (5) through a filth hose (3).
