Device to indicate in connection with core drilling that a core pipe 1, installed in a rotatable outer pipe 2, can no longer receive more drilled core material, consisting of a valve 23 which on the said occasion throttles the passage for streaming flushing medium between the core pipe and the outer pipe so that a recordable flushing medium pressure increase occurs. The valve can be adjusted from a state, where it, in the passage, is in a maximum throttling position, incompletely closing said passage to a state where it, in the last mentioned position, completely blocks the same.
