ACRYLATE RUBBER COMPOSITION

An acrylate rubber composition containing an acrylate polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 8 million or above as the rubber component. The invention can provide at a low cost an acrylate rubber composition which is improved in the defects of the conventional acrylate rubbers, necessitates neither expensive raw materials nor complicated steps causative of cost increase, is further improved in the resistances to heat, oil, weather and ozone of the conventional acrylate rubbers, and is excellent in adaptability to rolling, gasoline and gasohol resistance and the balance between tensile strength and elongation, and further in mechanical strength and permanent compression set.
