<p>L-valylamides and L-homovalylamides of 7α-amino-1,1-dioxo-3-cefem of formula (I), the process for obtaining them and the pharmaceutical compositions which contain them are described. The above-mentioned compounds are active in chronic bronchitis, in emphysema, in ARDS, in cystic fibrosis and in rheumatoid arthritis.</p> |
