A dermatologic preparation composition containing as the active ingredient an isocarbacyclin represented by general formula (I) and/or an enantiomer thereof, wherein R<1> represents hydrogen, C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl, or a monovalent cation; R<2> represents optionally substituted C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; R<3> represents C1-C5 linear alkyl; and R<4> and R<5> represent each independently hydroxy or -OC(=O)R<6>, wherein R<6> represents C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl.
