PURPOSE:To obviate the need of an expensive load detector by outputting the initial value of compensation input onto the motor-driven side by a torque compensation input generating circuit immediately before a brake is opened, when an operation instruction is outputted, and by starting a load when the initial value increases and the torque output overwhelms the starting torque for the load and a static frictional force. CONSTITUTION:When an elevation operation instruction FRUN is inputted, a brake is opened after a prescribed time, and a relay circuit 8 is operated, taking the delay time into account by a delay device 6, and the initial value TCPF of the torque compensation input is outputted. The initial value TCPF is increased by an integration device 10, and the compensation input 9 is transmitted as a torque instruction 12 into a motor. When the torque due to the increase of integration surpasses a static friction, revolution of the motor is started, and the output of the torque instruction 16 is started. A signal 17 is outputted from a start judging circuit 4, exceeding a start judging level, and a speed instruction NREF is outputted from a speed instruction generating circuit 1, and the torque instruction 16 is speedily started up. |
