Pharmaceutical compounds of the formula <CHEM> in which R<1> and R<3> are each C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 alkyl-carbonyl, and R<2> is carboxy, tetrazolyl, C1-4 alkyl-sulphonamido or -CR<4>R<5>CO2H where R<4> and R<5> are each hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; provided that when R<1> and R<3> are both methyl and when R<1> and R<3> are both methylcarbonyl, R<2> is not carboxy; and salts and esters thereof.
