PURPOSE:To save labor, as well as to improve quality and yield of products by disposing a rope conveyor perpendicularly to the external peripheral face of a cylindrical magnet and setting a scraper near the horizontal plane thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rope conveyor 1 is provided perpendicularly to the peripheral face of a cylindrical magnet 2 and a scraper 3 is set near the horizontal plane thereof. Bent products 4 which is magnetized and can be therefore magnetically attracted to rise by themselves are magnetically stuck to the peripheral face of the cylindrical magnet 2, sent upwards while rising by themselves, and finally separated from the magnet 2 by a scraper 3. Since the products 4 may be thus automatically aligned, labor can be remarkably saved and the product can be prevented from contamination and deformation. Quality and yield of the products can be thereby improved. |
