Each of inlet and outlet temperature sensors (11A,11B) put on the inlet and outlet tubes (11a,11b) is connected to a controller (40) with an optical cable. Also, a current transformer (11c) placed at the desired position, and the circulating pump (20) are connected to the controller (40).
