The composition contains, in addition to suitable excipients, complex liposomes of 3,5,3'-triiodothyroacetic acid or its salts and of precursors of glycosaminoglycans, or a mixture of liposomes of 3,5,3'-triiodothyroacetic acid or its salts and of liposomes of precursors of glucosaminoglycans.
