PURPOSE:To enlarge a filtering area, prevent clogging and regularize an aroma, taste and shade of color by holding a filter removably to be bulged upward from a filter holding part. CONSTITUTION:The head of a filter 3 projects from a filter holding part to expand a filtering surface. The projecting height of the filter 3 is such as it is not embedded in precipitate of coffee powders and the mesh of filter is selected so fine that the fine coffee powders 8 do no penetrate the upper surface of the filter. When a liquid amount passing through the filter 3 is larger than liquid amount passing through a nozzle part 2, the level of extracted liquid in a liquid reservoir 10 is raised little by little to compress air in the upper portion of the liquid reservoir. Since the compressed air lifts the extracted liquid passing through the filter, the liquid amount passing through the filter is limited to stabilize an extracting time, so that clogging of the filter is extremely little and a favor and a shape of color are not damaged. |
