STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING RISING PART OF UNDER-CARPET CABLE

PURPOSE:To support and protect an end part of the under-carpet cable, and connected the cable to the ground without using a rising top shield. CONSTITUTION:Rising end parts of under-carpet cables 4 and 4A are supported by putting them between a pair of fitting strips 12 of rising stands 11, while each fixing plate 13 is fixed to a floor face 2 with a screw. After the fixing plate 13 is fitted to top shields 5 and 5A and joined electrically with a clip 16, the fitting strips 12 are connected to a ground terminal of a terminal block 3 in a transition box 1 with a jumper wire 17.
