PURPOSE:To attain smooth conversation with a decoded voice signal with high quality by combining replacement processing of a predetermined fine chip number on a time axis to transmission information and spectrum arrangement conversion processing on a frequency axis at a sender side so as to secure high ciphering performance. CONSTITUTION:A frequency spectrum processor 3 at a sender side equipment applies spectrum arrangement conversion processing on a frequency axis to a transmission voice signal via a BPF 1 and an A/D converter. Then a voice piece replacement processing unit 4 executes replacement processing of voice piece transmission order on a time base. A ciphering procedure setting device 5 applies ciphering procedure setting to the processor 3 and the processing unit 4. A signal processing circuit 6 applies insertion processing of a synchronizing signal for timing detection to a signal from the processing unit 4. That is, a signal from the processing unit 4 is stored tentatively in a shift register 10, the stored content is transferred to a shift register 11, which stores the signal with synchronizing signal data added thereto from an oscillator 7. A digital signal is read by high speed processing and sent to the receiver side via a D/A converter 8 and a BPF 9. |
