PURPOSE:To make quick recovery possible from a fault with high speed processing in a power distribution system operating apparatus by regenerating a flexibility pattern in parallel for the flexibility points in different priority when unflexible sections are left impeding generation of the flexible patterns. CONSTITUTION:A power distribution system operating apparatus 10 has four units of CPU as the flexibility calculating means 12 and enables parallel operations of four CPU units for calculation of flexibility. The flexibility calculation processes 1, 2, 3, 4 are performed in parallel with four CPU units. For example, the calculations 2 and 4 reach the solution not including disable section. When the calculation 4 reaches such solution preceding the calculation 2, the time required until the solution not including disable section becomes equal only to the time required for the calculation 4. Therefore, the flexibility pattern can be determined in the higher processing rate than that of the related art. This process can also be adapted to the procedures of not only a fault but also emergency failure of power, power failure for work or operations required for the generation of overload, to realize the power distribution system operating apparatus in the higher processing rate. |
