PURPOSE:To easily and accurately form a via hole and a through-hole by imparting photosensitivity to an insulating paste, and by adding an ultraviolet ray absorber made of organic dye thereto. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive insulating paste is manufactured by dissolving acrylic copolymer and a photopolymerization starting agent having a carboxyl group and ethylene unsaturated group on the side chain, in a photoreactive compound, and by dispersing inorganic powder and an ultraviolet ray absorber in the solution. As the inorganic powder, at least one ceramic is selected to be used from the group consisting of alumina, zirconia, magnesia, beryllia, mullite, codellite, spinel, forsterite, anosyte, celsian and silica. |
