PURPOSE:To improve a cycle characteristic by uniformly dispersing each component in a compound film comprising an electrode active material and an organic electrolyte containing acrylonitrile polymer, so as to improve efficiency of reaction. CONSTITUTION:An organic electrolyte containing a high molecule of polyacrylonitrile or the like, with acrylonitrile as a polymerized component, is diluted by a mixed solvent of N,N'-dimethyl formamide in acetonitrile to obtain liquid, and an electrode active material powder, after uniformly dispersed in the liquid, is heated, dried and formed into a film. A proportion of mixing the N, N'-dimethyl formamide in acetonitrile is in a range from 0.2:0.8 to 0.7:0.3 by weight ratio, and weight ratio relating to the weight of totalizing an electrolyte of the mixed solvent and the electrode active material powder is 2.0 to 10 preferable. In this way, the electrode active material powder can be uniformly dispersed in a high molecular electrolyte, to obtain an electrode film having self supportability without deteriorating acrylonitrile polymer. |
