PURPOSE:To protect a piezoelectric element for detecting oscillation against breakdown while eliminating the influence on the longitudinal resonance frequency and bending frequency. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 3 is provided in the center on the upper surface of a basic resilient body 2. A resilient body 7 for holding is secured to the upper surface at the opposite ends thereof by means of screws 6. A multilayer piezoelectric element 5 is interposed between the protrusion 3 and the resilient body 7 and a piezoelectric element 8 for detecting the oscillation is interposed between the resilient body 7 and the piezoelectric element 5. Consequently, the piezoelectric element for detecting the oscillation is not subjected to tensile action caused by the resonant longitudinal or bending oscillation of the basic resilient body 2 and does not impede the oscillation. |
