PURPOSE:To provide a system capable of holding unified data without overlapping, efficiently managing the data and selectively displaying and printing the name of prefectures in the display and printing of address data by providing a means for preparing specific address notation data and a display/printing control means for selectively displaying and printing the prepared address notation data. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with an input means 1 for inputting the address data composed of postal codes and addresses and the output instruction data of the display and printing, a storage means 3 for storing the inputted data, a display means 4, a printing means 5 and a control part 2 for driving them. Then, the control part 2 is provided with an address rotation preparation means 2a for preparing the address notation data for which respective cities, towns and villages are divided, named section titles such as block numbers, lot numbers and house numbers, etc., are unified and the name of the prefectures is eliminated based on the address data and the display/printing control means 2b for selectively displaying and printing the prepared address notation data based on the output instruction data. |
