Said derivatives exhibit excellent insecticidal effects and bioactivities. <IMAGE> (I) wherein, R and R2, as equivalent or different group respectively, are hydrogen, one or more halogen atoms selected from the group consisting of fluoride, chloride and bromide atom, lower alkoxy or nitro group; R1 is hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; and X is a lower alkyl group or phenyl substituent.
