PURPOSE: To provide a panel structural body constituted of first and second panels which is provided with a geometrical relation for making a distance in at least one direction between those panels correct without requiring any auxiliary positioning means or complicate mechanical work. CONSTITUTION: A first panel 1 is provided with at least one unclosed insertion opening 11 extended from one edge 12 toward the inside of the first panel 1, and a second panel 2 is provided with at least one projecting tab 21 extended from one edge to the outside of the second panel 2 to be fitted to the insertion opening 11. The projecting tab 21 is provided with at least one shoulder 31 positioned between a top part 32 and a base part 33. The shoulder 31 is brought into contact with the first panel 1, and one edge 12 of the first panel 1 is not brought into contact with one edge 22 of the second panel 2. |
